A quarter century behind the desk.
Azhar Hussain is a Broadcast Studies graduate who spent three decades on the radio and in the studio — first as a broadcaster, then as a producer, and for most of his career, both at once. He holds a postgraduate diploma in Broadcast from the USA and an M.Sc. in TV Production.
Across more than a dozen stations in Pakistan, the UAE, the UK and the USA, he was one of the pioneers of FM broadcast in the region — among the first to bring live, on-air remixing to terrestrial radio.
Under his own name and as A-Xee, DJwhoMix and AZinTheMix, he produces electronic, rock and rap, and mixes Desi, Bollywood and dance records — the same ear that built a radio career now goes into every release.
